My name is Emma Hyland.
I’m passionate about empowering people to learn the skills needed to overcome pain, reduce tension and anxiety, and enjoy inhabiting their body.
I work with people suffering from:
- back/neck pain or tension headaches
- shoulder/arm pain, including repetitive strain injury
- muscle tension
- anxiety.
I teach you to use your body in accordance with its design, and support you to change long standing postural habits, so you can move to a freer and easier way of inhabiting your body.
