The A.T. Studio  in Canberra offers private lessons and group classes in the Alexander Technique, assisting people to reduce pain and improve their quality of life.

The Alexander Technique is a gentle and mindful learning approach which is effective for managing pain and tension and improving posture. Specific conditions that may benefit include:
