My name is Emma Hyland. I'm a teacher of the Alexander Technique.

I’m passionate about empowering people to learn the skills needed to manage and improve their own pain levels, reduce their own tension and anxiety, and improve their enjoyment of life. 

 

I work with people suffering from:

back, neck, arm and shoulder pain

- repetitive strain injury

- muscle tension and

- anxiety.
